Dear Parents/Guardians of Eighth Grade Students:
The Graduation Dance is scheduled for Saturday, June 13 from 6:30-9:00 p.m. While this is not a formal event, students are expected to dress appropriately. Boys should wear dress pants, a dress shirt, and dress shoes. Ties are strongly encouraged, but not required. Girls should wear a nice dress, or a skirt, or dress pants and a nice top. Please don't feel that you need formal attire for this event, however jeans and/or t-shirts will not be permitted. Admission is free. Guest passes can be obtained from Mr. Kelleher. Guests must be 7th or 8th grade students.
Graduation will be held Wednesday, June 17 in the Middle School auditorium at 6:45 p.m. Each student will be given three tickets for graduation. These tickets will be distributed the week of graduation. One extra ticket will be distributed to families upon request. Please make requests for extra tickets in writing or via email to Mr. Kelleher no later than May 22. If there are more tickets still available after May 22, you will be notified. If there are more requests than we can accommodate, we will hold a lottery based on the requests we have received. Please notify Mr. Kelleher if you do not plan to use all three tickets; you may instead give any unused tickets to someone else. We will broadcast graduation on closed circuit TV in the Middle School Library.
