NECASA Survey Indicates
Need for Expaded Substance Abuse
Prevention Program at BMS
Eighth grade students at Brooklyn Middle School participated in a survey sponsored by NCASA in the fall of 2007. Survey questions concerned alchohol, tobacco, and other drug use, as well as gambling and the 5 domains of risk and protective factors. The results of this survey suggested a need to expand the program at BMS.
